I believe health and wellbeing are shaped by the way we live, work, rest, connect and move through the world around us. My work is grounded in a holistic, evidence-based approach to health and wellbeing that recognises the importance of sustainable habits, meaningful reflection, human connection, and the environments we inhabit.

Through coaching, supervision, and seasonal workshops, I create thoughtful spaces for people to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what supports their wellbeing in real life. My approach combines warmth, curiosity, behavioural insight, and practical support, while recognising that lasting change rarely comes from pressure or perfection, but from awareness, compassion, and small meaningful shifts over time.

Mission

My mission is to support people to build healthier, more sustainable ways of living through evidence-based health coaching, reflective practice, and seasonal wellbeing experiences grounded in human connection, nature, and real life.

I aim to create calm, thoughtful spaces where people can step out of the noise of modern life, reconnect with themselves and others, and make meaningful changes that support long-term wellbeing.
