Welcome

Health and wellbeing coaching for people who want lasting change - not another plan to follow.

You don't need another wellbeing checklist. You need space to hear yourself think.

Together we'll slow things down, untangle what's getting in the way, and build a healthier way of living that actually fits your life.

You might be here because...

  • You know what would support your health, but struggle to make it stick.

  • You're constantly putting yourself last.

  • Life feels full, but not particularly fulfilling.

  • You're tired of trying harder and getting nowhere.

  • You want change that feels sustainable, not overwhelming.

  • You're not looking for someone to tell you what to do. You're looking for someone to think alongside you.

You don't need to fit neatly into any of these descriptions. People come to coaching for all sorts of reasons. If you're feeling ready to explore what matters to you, we'll work from there.

Clients often leave coaching with:

  • Greater confidence in making decisions that are right for them.

  • Healthier habits that fit real life.

  • More energy and less overwhelm.

  • Clearer priorities and stronger boundaries.

  • A renewed sense of connection with themselves.

Together we'll turn good intentions into sustainable habits that support your health, wellbeing and everyday life.

My values

I believe health and wellbeing are shaped by far more than individual choices. They are influenced by the way we live, work, rest, connect with others, and interact with the world around us.

My approach is grounded in evidence, drawing on behavioural science, psychology and public health to support meaningful, sustainable change. By holistic, I don't mean alternative. I mean recognising that our health is influenced by biological, psychological, social and environmental factors, and that lasting wellbeing comes from understanding the whole person rather than focusing on isolated behaviours or symptoms.

Everything I do is grounded in that evidence. You'll find warmth, reflection and curiosity at the heart of my coaching - not because they're fashionable, but because research shows they help people understand themselves, build lasting habits and create meaningful change over time. I believe lasting change is far more likely to come from awareness, compassion and small, achievable steps than from pressure, perfection or quick fixes.

Whether through coaching, supervision or the It Takes a Village project, I create thoughtful spaces where people can pause, think more clearly and make practical changes that support their health and wellbeing in everyday life.

I'm also passionate about the role of connection - to ourselves, to one another and to the natural world - in supporting wellbeing. That's why my work includes opportunities for peer support, community and nature connection, all informed by an evolving evidence base rather than passing trends. These approaches aren't part of my work because they're appealing or fashionable. They're there because a growing body of evidence shows they can support health, resilience and overall wellbeing.
