Payments are processed securely via an online payment system. I do not store your full card details.

For supervision, client details must be anonymised by the supervisee.

  • Personal data is stored securely using password-protected digital systems and/or locked physical files.

  • Only I have access to your information unless legally required to share it.

  • I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

7. How Long I Keep Your Data

  • Coaching and supervision records are kept for up to 7 years after our work ends (for insurance and legal purposes).

  • Financial records are kept for 6 years in line with HMRC requirements.

  • Email marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

After the relevant retention period, your data will be securely deleted or destroyed.

8. Sharing Your Information

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be shared only where necessary with:

  • Secure payment processors

  • Accountants or professional advisors (where legally required)

  • Insurance providers (if required in the event of a claim)
