Rooted in the belief that wellbeing grows through connection, these gatherings offer a welcoming space to slow down, meet new people, spend time outdoors and enjoy simple moments of community.

What to Expect
Gather

Free guided walks through beautiful local green spaces and countryside.
These relaxed walks offer an opportunity to move your body, enjoy nature, connect with others and take time away from screens, schedules and distractions. No special experience or fitness level is required – just a willingness to step outside and join the conversation.
Graze
​
Shared community meals that celebrate the joy of eating together.
Research consistently shows that sharing food can strengthen relationships, reduce feelings of isolation and support wellbeing. Our community meals create a welcoming space where everyone has a seat at the table.

Green
​
Nature-inspired activities designed to encourage creativity, reflection and connection.

Activities may include seasonal crafts, nature journalling, mindful outdoor experiences, foraging-inspired discussions, wellbeing practices and creative workshops inspired by the natural world.

Who Is It For?
These sessions are open to adults of all ages who would like to connect with others, spend time outdoors and support their wellbeing in a friendly, inclusive environment.
No previous experience is needed and everyone is welcome.
