Choosing the Right Topic for a Free Health Coaching Programme in the North Cotswolds

I’m excited to be planning a free health coaching programme for people in the North Cotswolds. But before I start, I want to make sure it’s something that really meets the needs of the local community.


So I’ve been asking on social media: what matters most to you? Some of the areas I’m considering include:

How I’ll Decide


I’m using a combination of:


  • Direct feedback from my social media community

  • Observations from previous coaching work - what topics and challenges come up most often in groups and one-to-one sessions

  • Local health priorities - what’s relevant for the Cotswold's population, demographics, and common health challenges


I’ll then choose a topic that balances interest, need, and potential impact.
