Nature-based wellbeing

A little space to breathe, think and reconnect.

Sometimes, it helps to step away from the usual surroundings and take a different path.

My nature-based work brings together the benefits of spending time outdoors with the space to pause, reflect and explore what matters to you. Whether you're looking for time to think things through or a different way to experience nature, there's room to find your own pace.

Health coaching, with a little more sky above your head.

Coaching doesn't have to happen in a room.

A Woodland Walking Coaching session offers you the opportunity to explore your health, wellbeing or whatever is on your mind while walking together in a natural setting.

Perhaps you're navigating a health concern, thinking about a change you'd like to make, feeling stuck in familiar routines or simply wanting to give yourself some time and attention.

We'll walk, talk and explore things at your pace. Being outdoors can offer a different environment for conversation, helping you step away from everyday distractions and look at things from a fresh perspective.

As with all my health coaching, this isn't about me telling you what to do. It's about creating space to work out what matters to you, explore your options and find a way forward that fits your life.

How to book

Woodland Walking Coaching is arranged individually, so we can find a date, time and location that work for you.

Coming soon: Nature-based experiences

I'm developing further ways to experience the restorative potential of spending time in nature, including both individual and group sessions.

These will offer opportunities to slow down, engage your senses, explore the natural world and make a little room for yourself away from the demands of everyday life.

Some experiences may include quiet observation and sensory invitations; others may offer space for reflection or shared experience with others. There's no need to be an experienced walker or a nature expert. Just come as you are.

More details coming soon.

I'm Laura, a UKIHCA registered health coach, coach supervisor and nature-based practitioner.

My work is grounded in a whole-person understanding of health. Our wellbeing is shaped by much more than individual choices: our relationships, work, circumstances and environment all play a part.

I bring that perspective to both my coaching and my nature-based work, creating welcoming spaces where people can pause, think and explore what might help them feel better and live well.
