Hello
I'm Laura. I'm a health & wellbeing coach, supervisor and facilitator with a longstanding interest in sustainable health, behaviour change, and the ways our wellbeing is shaped by how we live, connect, rest, and move through the world around us.

My work combines evidence-based health coaching with a warm, reflective, and practical approach that supports people to to make meaningful changes in ways that feel realistic, sustainable, and grounded in real life.

I believe wellbeing is about far more than information or willpower alone. Our health is influenced by our relationships, environments, habits, communities, stress levels, sense of purpose, and opportunities for rest and connection. Increasingly, I've become interested in how modern life can leave people feeling disconnected from themselves, from others, and from the natural rhythms that support wellbeing.

My Story
I grew up in the Buckinghamshire countryside surrounded by pets, horses, sport, and outdoor life, and nature still shapes much of how I live and work today. My husband and I have raised our two sons in the Cotswolds, where family life has largely revolved around muddy shoes, dogs, walking trails, beaches, mountains, sport, and time spent outdoors.

Movement has always been an important part pf my life too, from yoga, open and cold-water swimming, walking, and running - ranging from couch to 5K programmes to ultra-marathons. I'm less interested in performance for it's own sake these days, and more interested in movement, rest, and sustainable wellbeing as part of everyday life.

Before moving into coaching, I spent many years working across a range of health-related professions, beginning in veterinary nursing before later moving into human related healthcare roles. Over time, I became increasingly drawn toward prevention, behaviour change, and helping people develop the skills, awareness, and support needed for long-term health and self-management rather than continually 'firefighting' at crisis point.

Alongside coaching and supervision, I also facilitate seasonal wellbeing workshops that bring together evidence-based health coaching, reflective conversation, and nature-informed approaches to sustainable wellbeing in a calm, grounded, and welcoming way.
