These seasonal wellbeing workshops offer space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the habits, rhythms, and relationships that support sustainable health and wellbeing in everyday life. ​

Grounded in evidence-based health coaching and informed by the changing seasons, each workshop combines reflective conversation, practical wellbeing support, and gentle facilitated activities designed to encourage awareness, connection, and meaningful behaviour change.
Sessions may explore themes such as rest, energy, boundaries, stress, nourishment, movement, connection, and sustainble living in a way that feels thoughtful, grounded, and relevant to real life.

These are not therapy groups or intensive retreats, but calm, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, think more clearly, share conversation, and leave with practical insights and small sustainable changes to support their wellbeing.
