Coaching offers space to step out of the noise for a while and hear yourself more clearly again. A space to think, reflect, untangle what feels heavy, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can get lost beneath responsibility, pressure, and the pace of modern life.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based health and wellbeing coaching. Together we explore what supports you to feel more steady, more connected, and more able to live in a way that feels sustainable and true to who you are.

Health Coaching Supervision

A reflective space for people who spend their lives supporting others.

Supervision is a place to pause, exhale, and bring the fullness of your work into the room. The rewarding parts, the difficult parts, the questions, the responsibility, and the quiet things that can build up when you spend you days holding space for others.

Alongside reflective practice and professional support, supervision offers somewhere to feel supported as a human being too. A space for honest conversation, thoughtful challenge, clearer perspective, and staying connected to the values that brought you to this work in the first place
